Accepted Answer

Yes — stacking is completely free with every delivery of 10 nets or more.
 We’ll place the logs neatly into your log store or a space of your choice, saving you the hassle of lifting a finger — as long as we can get our sack truck to the spot.
 Just let us know where you’d like them stacked when ordering.

🔥 What makes kiln-dried logs better than seasoned logs?

Accepted Answer

Our kiln-dried Ash and Oak have a much lower moisture content, meaning they burn hotter, cleaner, and longer with less smoke and soot build-up. You get more heat per log, easier lighting, and a consistent, efficient burn — all at the same price, if not lower than seasoned wood.

🪵 How many nets are equivalent to a ‘seasoned’ load?

Accepted Answer

Our kiln-dried hardwood (Ash & Oak) is denser and drier than seasoned wood, meaning it burns hotter, longer, and cleaner. Because our nets are tightly packed with minimal air gaps, the volume differs from loose loads — as a guide, 12–14 tightly packed nets will roughly fill a 1-tonne builders’ bag once unpacked

We’re based in Twyning, near Tewkesbury, and deliver to:
 Tewkesbury • Bredon • Upton • Cheltenham • Gloucester • Worcester • Evesham • Pershore and all surrounding villages.

🌙 Do you deliver in the evenings or at weekends?

Absolutely. We know many of our customers work during the day, so we offer evening and weekend deliveries.
 You can choose your preferred time slot at checkout, and we’ll call 10- 15 minutes before we arrive so you’re ready for us.

⚡ How long will delivery take?

We offer next-day delivery on all orders placed before 11:00 am (subject to route availability).
 Orders placed after this time are usually delivered within 1–2 days, and we’ll always do our best to fit around your schedule.

We accept all major debit and credit cards — Visa, Mastercard, Maestro — as well as PayPal, Google Pay, and Apple Pay.  We keep things simple and flexible, so however you like to pay, we’ll make it easy.

We supply premium kiln-dried Ash, Oak, or a 50/50 Ash–Oak mix, all Woodsure Ready to Burn certified.
Each option is available in 10, 15, 25, or 50 net bundles, depending on how much storage space you have and how often you burn.
 • Ash – Lights easily and gives strong, steady heat
 • Oak – Burns slower and longer for maximum longevity
 • 50/50 Mix – The best of both worlds for a balanced burn
